In a celebration of dedication and service, GoodSam Medical Center recently hosted a special Employees’ Night as part of its weeklong founding anniversary celebration. The event, held at Alessandra’s Banquet Hall last August 1, 2024, was a heartfelt tribute to the hospital’s staff, whose unwavering commitment has been instrumental in shaping the hospital’s 46 years.
The highlight of the evening was the department dance-off, with the theme inspired by Taylor Swift’s “The Era’s Tour Roadshow”, featuring teams from the Nursing Department, Support Services, and Admin Department. Each performance was a beautiful representation of the department’s dedication and passion, both on and off the stage.
After much anticipation, the judging panel announced the Nursing Department as the overall winner. The Admin Department team secured second place, followed by the Support Services. The night also featured a range of performances by hospital staff, showcasing their musical talents.
The evening was not just about entertainment, but also about celebrating the hard work and dedication of the hospital staff, especially those who excel in patient care. The following departments were awarded as “Customer Care Champions”, a recognition that reflects the hospital’s commitment to excellence:
