GoodSam Medical Center recently concluded a series of general orientation sessions designed for its new nursing staff last April 15 – May 21,2024. The program aimed to familiarize the new nurses with the hospital’s protocols, culture, and patient care standards.

The orientation was to ensure that GoodSam’s new nurses are well-prepared to deliver high-quality care from their first day. GoodSam Med plans to conduct these orientation sessions regularly to accommodate the ongoing recruitment of nursing staff.
