GoodSam Medical Center continues to foster collaboration and professional growth through its regular Coffee Break sessions “Tara Doc, Kape Muna!”, with the Department of Surgery holding a productive meeting last February 19, 2025. Sponsored by Servier, the event provided a platform for 27 surgeons from various specialties to reconnect and discuss departmental updates.

Led by Department Head, Dr. Lora Mae De Guzman, the discussion centered on key initiatives aimed at enhancing surgical services and streamlining department operations. Newly added Surgeons, further expanding the department’s expertise, were also introduced to the body.

Hospital President, Engr. Oscar C. Deus, and Medical Director, Dr. Edison O. Rosales Jr., were present to address key questions and concerns raised by the surgeons, reinforcing the hospital’s commitment to continuous improvement in healthcare services.

The session fostered productive discussions on enhancing surgical services and patient care.
