Philippine College of Surgeons-Central Luzon Chapter recently organized a Hernia Workshop titled “Where na U? Hernia Me! – Goes to Central Luzon” last August 31, 2024 at Allesandra’s Black Room.

GoodSam Surgeons and medical professionals from the region gathered to explore advanced techniques in hernia repair, with a focus on Transabdominal Preperitoneal (TAPP) hernia repair, a minimally invasive procedure that significantly reduces recovery time and post-operative discomfort for patients.

The workshop was led by esteemed surgeons Dr, Dindo J. Cajucom, PALES CLC President and Dr. Domingo Sampang, PALES CLC, who shared their expertise on TAPP hernia repair.

The learning from the workshop was put into practice in the GoodSam Operating Room, where Dr. Sampang and Dr. Cajucom, along with the exceptional GoodSam OR team, performed a successful TAPP hernia repair.
