GoodSam Medical Center continues to strengthen its leadership pipeline through “Smart Leaders, Strong Teams: Mastering Emotional Intelligence at Work” seminar, organized by the Human Resource Department for identified successors across all units.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Phil Darren Agustin MAPsy, RGC, RPM. This initiative forms part of the hospital’s effort to prepare next generation of leaders by equipping them with both technical competence and people-centered skills.
