GoodSam Med Conducts Stress Management and Resilience Seminar for Identified Successors.

The Human Resource department of GoodSam Medical Center organized a seminar on “Stress Management and Resilience at Work” last October 28, 2025, for the identified successors from both GoodSam Cabanatuan and Gapan.

The seminar, facilitated by Mr. Phil Darren Agustin, MAPsy, RGC, RPM, program head of the Psychology Department at Our Lady of Fatima University, aimed to help future leaders manage workplace stress more effectively.

HR Department emphasized that initiatives like this form an essential part of GSMC’s succession planning program, ensuring that future leaders are not only skilled but also mentally equipped to navigate the challenges of healthcare management.
