In a move to bring government services closer to healthcare workers, GoodSam Medical Center formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Pag-IBIG Fund to roll out the Pag-IBIG HELPS Program (Hospital Employees Loan Program for Services) and the Loyalty Card Plus for its employees.

This ceremonial signing marks the first direct partnership in the city between Pag-IBIG Fund and a private hospital to bring the Pag-IBIG HELPS and the Loyalty Card Plus closer to all of us here at GoodSam — making Pag-IBIG services more accessible, more convenient, and more employee-centered than ever before.

This partnership reflects GoodSam Medical Center’s ongoing efforts to invest in employee well-being, promote work-life balance, and support holistic staff development—beyond the hospital walls.
