GoodSam Medical Center reaffirmed its commitment to employee well-being through a Mental Health Awareness and Management Seminar led by its own OPD Psychiatric Consultant Dr. Bernard B. Argamosa, a Mental Health and Psychosocial support provider.

The engaging and insightful session provided a safe space for employees to reflect, ask questions, and gain valuable insights into how they can better support themselves and their colleagues.
